Clearer Structure for Personal and Organisational Tickets
We’ve introduced a new concept for ticket overviews to provide a clearer and more structured way to manage your tasks and requests. The new layout separates your personal tickets (“My”) from those of your organisation (“Organisation”). This makes it easier to understand where action is needed and to maintain a better overview of all open and closed items.
The Three Overview Sections
Each area (“My” and “Organisation”) includes three dedicated views:
1. ToDo List
This view includes all tickets where you (in “My”) or your organisation (in “Organisation”) currently have a ToDo.
A ToDo means the ticket is in one of the following statuses:
-
pending for approval
-
pending for customer
-
pending for release
Ideally, this list should remain as short as possible. It shows all items currently pending your or your organisation’s action.
2. Tickets
This overview contains all active (not yet closed) tickets where you or a colleague from your organisation is listed as the customer.
You can use the available filter options (Filter in overviews) to analyze and organize these tickets according to your needs.
Additionally, all ticket data can be exported (Excel Export from overviews: Better analysis of tickets) for further processing or documentation.
3. Tickets Closed
Here you can find all closed tickets, either your own or those belonging to your organisation.
This view allows you to search, filter, or export past tickets for reference or reporting purposes.
Rollout Information
If you still see the old overview layout, don’t worry, the new concept is being rolled out gradually.
To make use of the new layout immediately, you can manually reorder your views:
-
Click your profile picture (bottom left)
-
Go to Profile → Overviews
-
Drag and drop the new overviews to the top of your list
We recommend arranging them as shown in the screenshot above for optimal clarity.
Why This Change?
With this update, we aim to provide:
-
A clearer structure for ToDos and responsibilities
-
Better visibility of open dependencies
-
A consistent and intuitive overview across all users
This ensures that everyone can quickly identify where action is needed — helping your team stay organized and efficient.
