Compact view

    Explanation

    You can now enable the "Compact View in Zammad. This moves all of the overviews to the top so that there is more screen space for ticket information.

    Setup

    Located at the bottom left corner, accessible by clicking on the user's logo and ‘Compact View ‘.


    If the "Compact View" is activated, all overviews are displayed at the top of the overview area. This leaves more space for the objects in each overview.


    If there is still not enough space, you can also collapse the left-hand column. This can be achieved by clicking on the ‘<<’ symbol at the bottom left.


    All buttons, such as the overviews and knowledgebase remain fully usable.

    Benefit

    By activating the Compact View, you have the option of creating more space for objects in an overview. This makes it easier to read the objects and filter them if necessary.
