Explanation
It is now possible to open a list, which includes all the attachments that belong to the ticket.
The list can be opened via the "paper clip" on the right hand side and is sorted in descending order(newest to oldest). The attachments can also be directly downloaded by clicking on the name of the attachments.
Benefit
The list offers you a quick overview of the attachments from a ticket and gives you the opportunity to download them.
