Ticket header: Last edit made by a person

Explanation


It is now possible to see who made the last change directly in the Zammad ticket header. 

This field shows changes made by both employees and customers. This way you can always keep track of the latest updates to your tickets!


Benefit


With this new function, you can now immediately recognise in the ticket header which person made the last change. This allows responsibilities to be assigned more quickly and increases transparency in the ticket management process.
